随着城市化进程的加快发展,大批青壮年农民都告别了曾赖以生存的土地,前往发达的地区打工“淘金”。然而每年每个班级都有不少的留守儿童,他们的生活由爷爷奶奶照顾,学习上基本靠自觉独立,而现实生活中,不少同学缺乏自律,容易受到外界的影响,很多学生也就变成了老师眼中的学困生。因此,作为老师,特别是班主任,理所当然地让这些儿童健康成长、享受温暖。
