在学习梯形螺纹车削时,由于其切削的径向力以及加工难度均比较大,因此对于学生在实训时的操作要求非常严格,很多学生在初次接触之后便出现望而生畏的感觉。如何在学生实训期间面对这一比较难操作的实训项目进行教学?怎样更高效的解决操作难题?本文根据笔者的实际经验详细讲解“分层法”在梯形螺纹车削中的应用。
When learning trapezoidal thread turning, due to the cutting radial force and the difficulty of machining are relatively large, so for students in the training of the operation is very strict, many students feel daunting after the first contact. How to deal with this difficult practical training project during the student training? How to solve the operation problem more efficiently? This article according to the author’s actual experience explained in detail “the stratification method ” in trapezoidal thread turning application .
