和3G一样,运营商转型也是近年来被翻来覆去提及的字眼。所谓转型,对于运营商来说,无外乎是对网络、品牌、业务等的重新定位和思考。对于网络转型,各移动运营商虽然都不同程度地对自身网络进行了升级或扩容,但因涉及到3G运营牌照等问题,运营商对网络将来的发展方向和定位都显得比较低调和谨慎。对此,本文不予评论,只对运营商的品牌和业务转型进行重点探究。
