据国外文献报道，可乐宁这种过去用于抗高血压的药物，现已被用于戒烟及抑制烟瘾．本次研究我们采取了一个随机、双盲、有安慰剂对照的人群试验，试图去评价可乐宁对烟瘾的抑制作用．在烟瘾程度的测量中，我们将其从小到大分为６级．结果显示：对照组烟瘾变化曲线基本保持平稳，而可乐宁组从给药第三天开始，烟瘾有了一个明显的下降趋势，直到第五天达到最低点，且第五、第六天的结果两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）．该药物的付作用是较温和的，主要以口干为主．此结论提示了可乐宁用于戒烟的前景，即该药有明显的抑制烟瘾的作用，且付作用较小，但用可乐宁贴片戒烟时在药剂量上似应加大．
According to foreign literature, the drug that used to be used against hypertension in the past is currently used to stop smoking and suppress smoking. In this study, we conducted a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled population trial in an effort to evaluate the inhibitory effect of clonidine on cigarette addiction. In the measurement of the degree of smoking, we divided it into six grades from small to large. The results showed that the curve of smoking habit remained stable in the control group, while the clonidine group had a significant downward trend from the third day of administration till the fifth day, and the fifth and sixth day results There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The drug’s effect is milder, with predominantly dry mouth. This conclusion suggests the prospects for cocaine for smoking cessation, that is, the drug obviously has the effect of inhibiting smoking, and the paying effect is small. However, the dosage of clonidine smoking cessation should increase.
