改革开放30多年来,中国的经济、社会、文化等领域发生了深刻变化。中国共产党作为新时代的开创者,面对组织内外环境的变化,正在有意识地对意识形态、组织结构和政党功能等方面作出调整。以意识形态为例,改革开放以来中共意识形态的一个显著特征是其包容性越来越强。以此特征为历史线索,通过分析政党意识形态与国家意识形态等范畴的辩证关系,探讨中共意识形态包容性建设背后的科学依据、客观必然性以及所采取的具体措施和方法,以期为中国共产党进一步结合自身情况,对意识形态作出与世情、国情、党情相适应地调整和创新提供参考。 Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in China’s economic, social and cultural fields. As a pioneer of the new era, the Chinese Communist Party is consciously making adjustments to its ideology, organizational structure and functions of political parties in the face of changes in the environment both inside and outside the organization. Taking ideology as an example, one of the salient features of the Chinese communism since its reform and opening up was its inclusiveness. Taking this characteristic as the historical clue, through analyzing the dialectical relationship between the party’s ideology and the national ideology, this paper explores the scientific basis, objective necessity and specific measures and methods behind the ideological inclusive construction of the CPC so as to provide the Communist Party of China In light of its own situation, it provides a reference for making ideological adjustments and innovations compatible with the world conditions, the national conditions and the party conditions.
