佳乐饮是由黄芪、五味子、陈皮等组成的含醇饮料。其中,黄芪、陈皮中的主要成分为黄酮类化合物;有镇静作用的五味子用总酸量作为质量控制指标。为此我们以总黄酮和总酸量为指标对提取工艺中溶媒和时间进行考察,通过方差分析,确定出了较合理的提取工艺。实验材料 721型分光光度计(上海第三分析仪器厂);芦丁对照品(中国药品生物制品检定所提供);黄芪、五味子、陈皮均购自咸阳市药材公司;其它试剂均为分析纯。方法与结果总黄酮含量测定用比色法。总酸含量测定用容量分析法(总酸含量以柠檬酸汁)。
Jiale Drink is an alcoholic beverage made up of Astragalus, Schisandra, Citrus, etc. Among them, the main components in Astragalus membranaceus and Chenpi are flavonoids; the sedative Schisandra uses total acid as an indicator of quality control. Therefore, we used the total flavonoids and total acid as indicators to examine the solvent and time in the extraction process. Through analysis of variance, a more reasonable extraction process was determined. Experimental materials 721 spectrophotometer (Shanghai No. 3 Analytical Instrument Factory); rutin reference product (provided by the National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products); Astragalus membranaceus, Schisandra chinensis, and Chenpi were all purchased from Xianyang City Medicinal Materials Company; other reagents were of analytical grade. Methods and Results The total flavonoids were determined by colorimetry. Total acid content was determined by volumetric analysis (total acid content in citric acid juice).
