根据在不同波长下两组分百分导数吸收系数的差异,本文提出用导数分光光度法同时测定带有辅料或其它呈一次或二次曲线吸收的两个干扰组分的“导数多波长数据线性回归法”。以同时测定脑清片中的氨基比林和咖啡因为例,研究了方法的可靠性和测量的适宜条件。在296.3~274.9nm间,选14个波长测量一阶导数吸收度。结果表明:本法简便、快速、准确度和精密度均满意。可用于对复方制剂的分析。
