目的：讨论我院抗生素不合理使用的现象，探讨主要原因并且采取措施来预防。方法随机选取我院抗生素应用的处方7890份，对处方当中抗生素的剂量、用法以及联合用药等情况进行了分析，统计不合理应用的情况，分析原因并采取措施。结果经过医生的努力采取预防措施之后抗生素不合理使用现象有了很大的改善。结论对抗生素不合理的使用现象采取相应的预防措施能够促进抗生素的合理运用。“,”Objective: To discuss the irrational use of antibiotics in our hospital, discuss the main reasons and take measures to prevent it. Methods: Randomly select 7890 antibiotic prescription in our hospital, analyze dose, usage and combined medication of antibiotic in the prescription, count the unreasonable application, analyze the causes and take measures. Results:After the doctor takes preventive measures the phenomenon of irrational use of antibiotics has been greatly improved. Conclusions:To take corresponding preventive measures to the phenomenon of irrational use of antibiotics can promote the rational use of antibiotics.
