本文首先介绍研制3m×5m机械振动台的目的,振动台的设计原理.据此提出振动台面为钢板与钢筋混凝士混合式空腹结构.台面由滚珠轴承支撑.基础为混凝土整基.为隔振,在基础四周开挖2m深沟.为保证振动台工作性能,在台顶面与侧面用滚珠轴承限位.振源采用两台离心式同步起振机.振动台可以作水平谐振和扭振.(根据性能试验,振动台的设计是良好的).台面振动工作频率是0.5-25Hz,最大出力是80kN,最大负荷10×10~3kg自重7×10~kg,满荷时最大加速度是0.5g.最后,总结了本振动台研制中若干问题.
This paper firstly introduces the purpose of developing a 3m×5m mechanical vibratory table and the design principle of the vibrating table.
