主要利用交流阻抗谱和红外衰减全反射光谱表征了氯化橡胶涂层在实验室热氧和湿热加速老化中微观结构的变化。结果表明:氯化橡胶涂层在130℃热氧老化后会脱除HCl气体,形成C C。在85℃相对湿热为75%下湿热老化后会脱除HCl气体,形成C C,吸湿后生成羟基。
The changes of microstructure of chlorinated rubber coating in hot oxygen and wet heat accelerated aging were characterized by AC impedance spectroscopy and infrared decay total reflection spectroscopy. The results show that the chlorinated rubber coating removes HCl gas after thermal aging at 130 ℃, forming C C. The HCl gas is removed after wet heat aging at 85 ° C and a relative humidity of 75% to form C C which is hygroscopic to form a hydroxyl group.
