本文通过对国内外铝和氧化铝的产品质量对比,找出我国产品的质量差距主要是Si和SiO_2杂质含量高于国外,特别是烧结法生产的氧化铝。由于氧化铝含SiO_2的含量高,必然影响电解铝中Si的含量,文章指出,目前国内提高氧化铝质量的关键是把SiO_2质量含量降下来。而降低SiO_2含量的一般作法都是把注意力集中到降低精液浮游物、提高硅量指数和严格控制炭分过头和待出料的措施上,而往往忽视了最后一道工序——“焙烧过程的污染”。本文用生产的实践数据说明由于窑衬质量差等,造成SiO_2增加而降低氧化铝质量的重要性和实例,造成大量的经济损失和带来电解铝质量低下。本文还用大量的生产实践数据来分析造成焙烧污染四个方面的主要原因,并针对其原因,提出了解决焙烧污染有效的技术措施和管理措施。
In this paper, the quality of aluminum and alumina products at home and abroad to compare the quality of our products to find the quality gap is mainly Si and SiO 2 impurity content higher than abroad, especially the production of alumina sintering. In this paper, the production of practical data to explain the quality of the kiln lining due to poor, resulting in the increase of SiO 2 and reduce the importance of alumina quality and examples, resulting in a lot of economic losses and lead to the quality of electrolytic aluminum is low. In this paper, we also use a large amount of production practice data to analyze the four main causes of roasting pollution. According to the reasons, we put forward effective technical measures and management measures to solve the roasting pollution.
