文中介绍了一种具有高电磁耗散和屏蔽作用的新型发泡弹性体纳米复合材料。质量轻盈的氟橡胶发泡体中加入少量多壁管状纳米炭黑(CNT)后获得的导电及能量屏蔽性能超过了电磁静电放电(ESD)和电磁屏蔽(EMI)的要求。弹性体发泡后质量减轻了30%,对ESD或EMI性能影响极小。CNT质量分数约为2%时为逾渗阈值,为8%时材料达到电饱和。氟橡胶良好的电性能、柔韧性及耐流体性使之成为功能多且质量轻的材料,从而可用于各种ESD和EMI场合。
In this paper, a new type of foamed elastomer nanocomposites with high electromagnetic dissipation and shielding effect is introduced. The conductive and energy-shielding properties obtained with the addition of a small amount of multi-walled tubular carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in a lightweight fluororubber foam exceed the requirements of Electro-Static Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electromagnetic Shielding (EMI). Elastomer Foam quality reduced by 30%, minimal impact on ESD or EMI performance. When the mass fraction of CNT is about 2%, the percolation threshold is reached, and the material reaches the electric saturation at 8%. Fluoroelastomer’s good electrical properties, flexibility and fluid resistance make it a versatile and lightweight material that can be used in a variety of ESD and EMI applications.
