目前CAPP的发展方向是集成化和实用化,由于工艺规划本身的多元组特性和计算机技术、信息技术的不断进步,这两方面的发展还存在很多技术上的难题。本文首先分析传统CAPP方法所存在的问题,然后介绍面向对象的制造系统资源建模方法,支持CAPP与PPS的集成。基于上述思想开发的原型系统以菱型壳体为对象,在CIMS和并行工程环境中根据制造系统资源的实际状态生成适应性工艺计划。本文的研究为开发实用的CAPP系统奠定了理论基础。
At present, the development direction of CAPP is integrated and practical. Due to the multivariate characteristics of process planning itself and the continuous progress of computer technology and information technology, there are still many technical problems in the development of CAPP. This paper first analyzes the existing problems of the traditional CAPP method, and then introduces the object-oriented manufacturing system resource modeling method to support the integration of CAPP and PPS. The prototype system developed based on the above idea is based on a rhombic shell and generates an adaptive process plan based on the actual state of the manufacturing system resources in the CIMS and concurrent engineering environments. The research in this paper has laid a theoretical foundation for the development of practical CAPP system.
