辽源市西安区地处辽源矿区,其经济和社会发展在很大程度上受辽源矿区的影响和制约。目前,辽源矿区困难重重,已成为城市中的贫困地区。经过80多年的开采,辽源煤矿已逐步走向衰老,生产经营严重亏损,企业负担沉重。多年来,辽源矿务局领导和职工虽然也做了很大努力,但由于包袱过于沉重,收效甚微。辽源矿务局的困难也直接或间接给西安区和辽源市带来很多问题,严重制约着经济和社会发展,更难实现区域经济的发展和突破。解决上述问题不光靠主观上的努力,还需要一定的客观基础,必须有国家、省里的政策和资金的扶持。只有这样,才有望从根本上解决问题。
Xi’an City, Liaoyuan City, located in Liaoyuan mining area, its economic and social development largely affected and restricted by the Liaoyuan mining area. At present, Liaoyuan mining area has many difficulties and has become a poor area in the city. After more than 80 years of mining, Liaoyuan coal mine has been gradually aging, a serious loss of production and operation, heavy business burden. Over the years, although leaders and workers of Liaoyuan Mining Bureau have also made great efforts, their burdens have been too heavy and they have had little success. The difficulties of Liaoyuan Mining Bureau directly or indirectly brought many problems to Xi’an and Liaoyuan City, which severely restricted economic and social development and made it more difficult to achieve the development and breakthrough of regional economy. To solve these problems, we must not only rely on subjective efforts but also need certain objective bases. We must have the support of policies and funds from the state and the province. Only in this way can we hope to solve the problem fundamentally.
