目的探讨并分析提升西药临床合理用药的安全性和措施。方法选取2014年5月~2015年5月未实施安全管理70张西药处方;另选取2015年6月~2016年5月实施安全管理70张西药处方。比较实施管理前后的西药处方用药安全性。结果管理前,70张处方中用药不当8张、滥用抗菌药物7张、重复用药6张、合理用药49张;管理后,70张处方中用药不当1张、滥用抗菌药物2张、重复用药1张、合理用药66张。管理后的合理用药率94.29%显著高于管理前的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论严格管理西药,能够极大的提升临床的用药合理性,并且能够帮助患者快速康复。
Objective To explore and analyze the safety and measures to improve the rational use of western medicine. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, 70 prescriptions of western medicines for safety management were not implemented; another 70 prescriptions for western medicines were safely administered from June 2015 to May 2016. Compare the safety of prescribing and administering western medicine before and after administration. Results Before management, 70 prescriptions were used improperly in 8 prescriptions, 7 abused antimicrobials, 6 repeated administrations and 49 rational administrations. After administration, 70 prescriptions were misused, 1 abused antibiotics, 2 repeated administrations Zhang, rational use of medicine 66. The rational use rate after administration was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than that before management (70.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Strict management of western medicine can greatly improve the rationality of clinical medication and can help patients recover quickly.
