本文首先简单介绍了斜盘形燃烧室的结构,然后详细论述了影响斜盘形燃烧室燃烧性能的主要因素。在165F型汽油机上经多次试验,最后确定压缩比为7.23,最佳点火提前角为-13°～-15°,挤气间隙为1.0mm。
In this paper, the structure of the swash plate combustion chamber is briefly introduced. Then the main factors affecting the combustion performance of the swash plate combustion chamber are discussed in detail. After many tests on 165F gasoline engine, the compression ratio was finally determined to be 7.23, the best ignition advance angle was -13 ° ~ -15 ° and the squeeze gap was 1.0mm.
