重庆华孚粉末冶金厂《汽车、摩托车粉末冶金结构件节能节材项目》可行性研究报告于4月7日在北京通过专家评审。评审会由重庆市计委和中国节能投资公司联合主持,机械部、机协粉末冶金协会、北京科技大学、机械部设计研究总院、北京市工业设计研究院、北京粉末冶金研究所等12个单位的17名专家、学者参加了评审会。通过与会专家、学者的提问及认真讨论,一致认为:该项目起点高,符合产业发展方向,具有明显的节能节材效果,投资估算方法合理,数据可靠,具有较好的经济效益,设备选型亦非常合理,为今后扩大生产,提高产品质量,开发新产品奠定了良好基础。因此,该项目建成后,必将为我国汽车、摩托车粉末冶金结构件的国产化作出更大贡献。
The feasibility study report of Chongqing Huafu Powder Metallurgy Plant, “Automobile and Motorcycle Powder Metallurgy Structure Energy-saving Materials Project” was approved by experts in Beijing on April 7. The review meeting was co-chaired by Planning Commission of Chongqing Municipality and China Energy Conservation Investment Co., Ltd., with 12 departments including Machinery Department, Association of Powder Metallurgy Association, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Design and Research Institute of Machinery Department, Beijing Institute of Industrial Design, Beijing Institute of Powder Metallurgy The unit’s 17 experts and scholars participated in the review meeting. Through the questions and serious discussions among experts and scholars attending the meeting, they all agreed that: The project has a high starting point and is in line with the direction of industrial development. It has obvious energy-saving and material-saving effects. The investment estimation method is reasonable, the data is reliable, and the economic benefits are good. It is also very reasonable for the future expansion of production, improve product quality, develop new products has laid a good foundation. Therefore, after the completion of the project, it will certainly make greater contribution to the localization of China’s automobile and motorcycle powder metallurgy structural parts.
