“振兴教育的希望在教师”,这是众所周知的道理,而经济大潮、经商热潮的冲击,造成了教师队伍的不稳定。在我们新建中学,却是“好教师挖不走,青年教师不愿走,民办、代课教师想方设法留”,一支74名教职工组成的队伍,人心稳,干劲高,同心同德,致力教育。这是因为名校的作用吗?不,我校是一所普通的乡村中学,地处被称为“宜兴大西北”的四县交界处。稳定教师先稳心,我们就是在这“师心”上做文章,下功夫。一、兴尊师风尚,以诚感人。教师最迫切的心愿是希望自己的劳动得到社会承认,受到人们的尊重。兴尊师风尚,关键是一个“诚”。我们真诚地抓了三件事:一是学校领导跑乡镇,走厂矿,宣传教师的奉献精神,介绍教师的业绩,创造机会让优秀教师与乡、厂领导接触,与社会接触,提高教师的知名度;二是推荐学校优秀教师代表,参加乡
