目前,关于指南性质的工具书大概有三种:一是小册子式的档案馆概况;二是专题指南;三是规范后的档案馆指南。近几年。档案馆指南(指规范后的档案馆指南)的编写工作在全国已广泛展开,但编写指南的经验不很多。《湖北省档案馆指南》是国家档案局试点成果之一,为各级档案馆编写指南提供了一定的经验和教训,本文就《湖北省档案馆指南》编写过程中的一些具体问题,谈谈自己的体会。 一、《指南》的编排及体例 《指南》的编制原则、结构和编写细则,是严格按照国家档案局颁布的《档案馆指南编制规范》执行的,主要包括前言、目录、档案馆概况、馆藏档案资料介绍、附录、索引、插图等。除上述基本

The Guide to Hubei Provincial Archives is one of the pilot achievements of the State Archives Bureau and provides some experiences and lessons for the preparation of the guidelines for archives at all levels. Organization and Guidelines The Guidelines, Structure and Rules for Compiling the Guide are strictly implemented in accordance with the Guide for the Preparation of Archives Guidelines promulgated by the State Archives Bureau.
