希夫试剂是医学上用来检验醛的一种有效试剂,它具有检验速度快、灵敏、操作简单等特点.但由于其热稳定性差,不便于较长时间保留,只能现用现配,没用完的试剂也只能倒掉,另外对于学校教学来讲,由于每次实验的班机较多,试验的时间跨度较长,况且学生实验总是几个实验同时进行,如果每天每次实验都要重新配制,这样既费时,又不利于节约资源、以及对环境的保护.因此,本文从实际工作中找到了希夫试剂配制方法的改进方法,以提高希夫试剂的保存时间,提高其利用率.
