热加工所得的焦化柴油安定性很差,通常采用加氢方法对其进行精制。但加氢装置投资大、操作费用高,且需有足够的氢源。采用物理抽提与化学反应相结合即糠醛溶剂加助剂抽提的方法对焦化柴油进行精制。实验考察了络合比、剂油比、精制温度、精制时间及沉降时间等精制条件对焦化柴油精制效果的影响,分别得出了焦化柴油安定性指标符合合格品及一级品要求的精制条件,并在连续装置上进行了验证。同时对焦化柴油安定性的影响因素进行了实验考察,实验结果表明:影响焦化柴油安定性的主要因素是氮化物,尤其是碱性氮化物,烯烃的影响很小。该方法工艺流程简单、技术上可行、经济效益和社会效益高,有很好的工业化前景。
Thermal processing of coking diesel stability is poor, usually by hydrogenation method to refine it. However, hydrogenation unit investment, operating costs are high, and the need for adequate hydrogen source. Physical extraction and chemical reactions combined with furfural solvent plus additives extraction method of coking diesel refined. The effect of refining conditions such as complex ratio, oil-to-oil ratio, refining temperature, refining time and settling time on the refining efficiency of coking diesel was investigated experimentally. The coking diesel stability indices were obtained according to the requirements of qualified products and primary products , And verified on a continuous installation. At the same time, the influencing factors of coking diesel stability were experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that the main factors affecting the stability of coking diesel are nitrides, especially basic nitrides, and the effects of olefins are small. The method has the advantages of simple process flow, technically feasible, high economic and social benefits and good industrialization prospect.
