向日葵是一种具有耐瘠薄、适应性强等特性的油料作物,我省乃至全国的广大农民都喜欢把它种植在贫瘠土地上,特别是种植在含盐量较高的盐碱土地上。因此,筛选出耐盐碱的向日葵品种,可以大幅度地增加种植面积,提高产量,产生良好的经济效益。本文试验结果表明:通过增加液体含盐量浓度(近海水盐分构成)供给种子萌动发芽,来测定对不同向日葵种子发芽率的影响,可以用于大量筛选向日葵耐盐碱品种及自交系。
Sunflower is a kind of oil-bearing crop that is resistant to infertility, adaptability and other characteristics. The vast number of farmers in our province and even in the whole country like to plant it on barren land, especially on saline-alkali land with high salt content. Therefore, the selection of salt-tolerant sunflower varieties, can greatly increase the planting area, increase production, have a good economic benefits. The results of this experiment show that the germination rate of different sunflower seeds can be determined by increasing the concentration of salt content in the seawater (salt composition in the seawater) to determine the germination rate of different sunflower seeds, which can be used for screening large numbers of salt-tolerant sunflower varieties and inbred lines.
