目的研究云南省山丘地区钉螺分布和植被指数之间的关系。方法使用GPS定位螺点,收集螺情指标。在遥感软件中叠加螺点矢量图和中分辨率成像光谱仪植被指数图,提取归一化差异植被指数(NDVI)值,并与钉螺出现率和钉螺密度进行相关分析,建立回归方程。结果大理市45个流行村的114个螺点数据表明,95%钉螺分布在NDVI为0.414 4~0.760 7的地区,有螺框出现率、钉螺密度和NDVI值的关系季节性较强,以9月份相关系数最高,并可以初步建立回归方程。结论山丘地区植被和钉螺分布存在一定关系。
Objective To study the relationship between snail distribution and vegetation index in mountainous areas of Yunnan Province. Method using GPS positioning screw points, collect snail indicators. In the remote sensing software, the spiral point vector and the vegetation index of medium resolution imaging spectrometer were superimposed to extract the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) value, and the correlation analysis was made with the snail occurrence rate and snail density to establish the regression equation. Results The data of 114 spirals in 45 endemic villages in Dali showed that 95% of the snails distributed in the areas with NDVI of 0.414 4 ~ 0.760 7. The incidence of snails, the correlation between snail density and NDVI value were quite strong, Month correlation coefficient is highest, and the regression equation can be established initially. Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the distribution of vegetation and Snail in hills.
