目的：探讨脂肪栓塞综合征发病率、临床表现、诊断及治疗经验。方法：回顾性分析26例脂肪栓塞综合征采用大剂量氟美松短期冲击疗法,对其疗效临床观察分析。结果：26病例治愈25例,1

目的：探讨脂肪栓塞综合征发病率、临床表现、诊断及治疗经验。方法：回顾性分析26例脂肪栓塞综合征采用大剂量氟美松短期冲击疗法,对其疗效临床观察分析。结果：26病例治愈25例,1例重度烧伤病例因烧伤创面感染、全身消耗等多种原因死亡。治愈率达96.1%。结论：大剂量氟美松短期冲击疗法能够有效控制脂肪栓塞综合征临床进程,迅速改善症状,疗程短,用药总剂量少,避免长时间激素治疗临床不良反应和并发症,疗效令人满意。
