为评估实际生产中带焊缝缺陷输电杆塔结构用直缝焊管受压承载力,提出了一种模拟焊接夹渣或未熔合缺陷的模拟方法,完成了七个足尺构件的试验研究。研究表明,在静力条件下,本试验模拟的焊接缺陷长度与构件极限承载力的降低相关,在一定程度上可能成为承载力降低的主要因素,甚至低于规范计算结果,应引起工程应用的重视。
In order to evaluate the compressive bearing capacity of longitudinal welded welded pipe with welded seam defects in actual production, a simulation method of simulating welding slag or unmelted defects was proposed and the experimental study of seven full-scale members was completed.
