新课程标准改革中明确表示,学生是学习的主体,教师是学生进行学习体验的引导者,在整个教学活动中起到一种主导的作用。然而,随着素质教育的施行,似乎学生的主体地位越来越凸出,反而忽视了教师的主导作用。教学,有教才有学,新课改要求凸显学生在教学活动中的主体地位,这恰恰需要教师适当多方面地加以引导,而不是一味地任凭学生去探究去讨论。那么,我们语文教师要如何做才能更好地体现自己的主导作用呢?
In the reform of the new curriculum standards, it has been clearly stated that students are the main body of learning, teachers are the guides for students to carry out their learning experience, and they play a leading role in the entire teaching activities. However, with the implementation of quality education, it seems that the student’s dominant position becomes more and more prominent, but it neglects the leading role of the teacher. Teaching, educating, and learning have to be learned. The new curriculum reform requires students to highlight their dominant position in teaching activities. This precisely requires teachers to guide them in various ways, rather than leaving students to explore and discuss. Then, how can our language teachers do better to reflect their leading role?
