“无直接利益冲突”矛盾自提出以来,就引起了社会各界的广泛关注。众所周知,解决“无直接利益冲突”矛盾的途径是多方面的,要靠经济政治文化和社会管理的合力来解决。但因为“无直接利益冲突”矛盾是人们心理冲突和情绪宣泄的结果,因此文化在化解此类矛盾中有其特殊的功能和作用。本刊特约了中共河南省委党校孙玉杰教授结合她主持的国家社科基金项目“加强和谐文化建设,化解‘无直接利益冲突’矛盾问题研究”组织了这组笔谈,旨从文化建设的角度来探求解决这类矛盾的途径。
“No direct conflicts of interest ” Since the proposal was made, it has aroused widespread concern in the community. As we all know, there are many ways to solve the contradiction between “no direct conflicts of interest” and rely on the synergy of economic, political and cultural management with social management. However, because “no direct conflicts of interest ” contradiction is the result of psychological conflict and emotional catharsis, culture has its special function and role in resolving such contradictions. In this special issue, Prof. Sun Yujie, member of the CPC Henan Provincial Party School, combined with the project of National Social Science Fund under her auspices to “study the contradiction between no direct conflict of interest and the building of a harmonious culture” Point of view to explore ways to resolve such conflicts.
