森林是国家进行四化建设的重要资源,也是调节气候、美化环境、保护土壤、减少河道泥沙的绿色屏障。正确估价森林对河流水量的影响,对发展水利事业和工农业生产亦有其科学意义和现实意义。国内外科学工作者曾在这方面作过许多试验研究,其中有些试验资料说明森林的存在导致了河流水量的减少,有些资料则说明森林的作用使河流水量增加。本文着重探讨山西管涔山的森林对年径流和洪水的影响。
The forest is an important resource for the country to carry out the four modernizations and is also a green barrier that regulates the climate, beautifies the environment, protects the soil and reduces river sediment. Correctly assessing the impact of forests on river water has scientific and practical significance for the development of water conservancy and industrial and agricultural production. Many domestic and foreign scientists have done a lot of experimental research in this area. Some of the experimental data indicate that the existence of forests has led to the decrease of river water, while some of the data shows that the effect of forests makes river water increase. This article focuses on the impact of the forest on Guanjian Mountain in Shanxi on annual runoff and floods.
