合成膜函数电位器原是十院十一所研制出来的一项成果。为了适应我所科研任务的需要,我们于1967年开始学习这门技术,并想使这种电位器能够复现一般函数。几年来,在许多兄弟单位的指导、帮助和大力协助下,经过全组同志的努力,终于使合成膜电位器复现一般函数的想法变成了现实,之后我们与上海建华服装厂搞三结合,使函数电位器进一步得到完善。1972年初,我们建起了合成膜函数电位器工艺生产线,开始小批量生产,并在自行设计研制的整机工程上使用。经过使用实践和初步鉴定:合成膜函数电位器性能良好,满足使用要求,并为整机工程減轻重量、缩小体积和提高质量提供了有利条件。
Synthetic membrane potentiometer was originally developed in the tenth house of a result. In order to meet the needs of our research tasks, we began in 1967 to learn this technology, and would like to make this potentiometer to reproduce the general function. At the beginning of 1972, we built the production line of the synthetic membrane function potentiometer and began to use small batch production and the whole project designed and developed by ourselves. After the use of practice and preliminary identification: synthetic membrane function potentiometer good performance to meet the requirements, and for the whole project to reduce weight, reduce size and improve quality provided favorable conditions.
