香菇袋栽技术的推广应用,由秋季单季栽培改为春、秋两季栽培,发展到周年栽培,推动香菇栽培“一优两高”的发展。但许多地方在越夏管理中,常常出现烧堆和杂菌污染,造成严重损失。我们针对这一问题,进行三年试验、探索,解决了袋栽香菇安全越夏的技术问题,现将管理技术要点介绍如下:(1)叠堆发菌:早期气温低,以叠柴爿的形式放置在清洁干燥的地面或地板上发菌,上盖薄膜保温,增加通风换气,有条件的在室内加温发菌。
