针对电子商务中多Agent协商的难题,提出了面向商务服务的Agent语义协商的知识模型。首先介绍了该模型及其支持系统的框架结构和工作原理;为了支持多Agent之间的合作,提出了一种面向商务服务的柔性约束的协商方法;然后给出商务服务本体(Business Services Ontology,BSO)用于各商务服务活动的自动匹配,综合考虑商务服务组件概念和属性组件概念的语义相似度,最后提出基于商务服务本体结构语义相似度匹配算法,解决了各商务服务活动之间自动匹配问题。
Aiming at the problem of multi-agent negotiation in e-commerce, a knowledge model of agent semantic negotiation for business services is proposed. Firstly, the frame structure and working principle of this model and its supporting system are introduced. In order to support the cooperation among multi-agents, a negotiation method of flexible constraints for business services is proposed. Then, Business Services Ontology BSO) is used for the automatic matching of business service activities, considering the semantic similarity between the concept of business service components and the concept of attribute components. Finally, a semantic similarity matching algorithm based on business service ontology structure is proposed to solve the problem of automatic matching between business service activities problem.
