目的探讨大连市手足口病重症病例的发病流行特点,为有效预防与控制手足口病重症病例提供科学依据。方法对2013年大连市报告的全部重症病例进行个案调查和采集样本。采用RT-PCR法检测患者样本的肠道病毒71型(EV71)、柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CoxA16)及其他肠道病毒。结果 2013年大连市共报告手足口病11 113例,2013年手足口病病例报告数较2012年下降了28.93%,其中重症手足口病163例,重症率为1.45%;手足口病死亡1例,病死率为0.01%,重症患者的死亡比为0.61%。男女性的重症率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症病例主要集中时间为6~8月,以散居儿童为主(73.62%);临床表现以发热和出疹为主;重症患者EV71的检出率为17.76%,CoxA 16的检出率为2.63%,其他肠道病毒为64.47%。结论 2013年大连市手足口病重症病例主要发生在3岁以下儿童,夏秋季节多发。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of HFMD in Dalian and to provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of HFMD cases. Methods All cases of severe cases reported in Dalian City in 2013 were investigated and samples collected. The patient samples were tested for enterovirus 71 (EV71), Coxsackie A, type 16 (CoxA16) and other enteroviruses by RT-PCR. Results A total of 11 113 hand-foot-mouth disease cases were reported in Dalian in 2013. The number of hand-foot-mouth disease cases reported in 2013 was 28.93% less than in 2012, of which 163 were severe hand-foot-mouth disease and the critical rate was 1.45% , The case fatality rate was 0.01%, the death rate of critically ill patients was 0.61%. There was significant difference between male and female in the rate of severe diseases (P <0.05). The main concentration time of severe cases was from June to August, mainly in scattered children (73.62%). The main clinical manifestations were fever and rash. The severity of EV71 The detection rate of CoxA 16 was 2.63% and that of other enteroviruses was 17.76%. Conclusion In 2013, severe cases of HFMD in Dalian mainly occurred in children under 3 years of age with multiple seasons in summer and autumn.
