如何实現蔬菜的均衡生产、周年供应,是安排工矿区人民生活的一項重要工作。新安江工矿区的蔬菜生产,在前两年中,由于在8、9月間正遇高温干旱气候,再加上新菜区在蔬菜品种及栽培技术跟不上去,因此,8、9月的蔬菜上市量比其他月份总要減少30-50%,而出現供不应求的淡季現象。 1960年为了彻底改变这个情况,在公社党委的領导下,我們采取了一系列的措施,使8、9两个月平均上市量与一般月份相均衡(如表1),达到每人每天能供应1斤鮮菜,品种也由20多种增加到43种,从而基本上解决了蔬菜生产的淡季問題,保証了蔬菜的正常供应。表1 新安江1959、1960年6-10月
