复方托品酰胺眼药水具有散瞳时间短,瞳孔恢复快的特点。为了弄清点药间隔时间长短对检影有无影响,我们对25例50眼屈光不正患者进行检查,现总结如下。资料与结果门诊随机选择就诊的青少年屈光不正患者25例,男9例,女16例,年龄14～30岁。患者每10分钟点一次药于结膜囊内,连续点3次,点最后一次药30分钟后验光;待到瞳孔完全收缩后,再重复一次。双盲法进行对比,检影结果不作主观镜片矫正。两种点药方法所测球镜
Compound tropicamide eye drops with mydriatic time is short, rapid recovery of the pupil. The patient points once every 10 minutes in the conjunctival sac, 3 consecutive points, point the last dose of 30 minutes after the optometry; until the pupil completely contracted, and then repeated.
