广电媒体资产管理(以下简称“媒资”)是当前中国广电系统的一大热点。本文作者结合实践工作,以全新的角度和视野,提出以媒资系统为平台,以共赢、共享为理念,共筹、共建为手段的新思路,建立公有制为主体,公私联营、员工持股的法人治理结构,引入“新三会”与“老三会”共存,中央、省级台联盟或省、地市级台联盟等一系列新设想,力求突破现有机制、体制的障碍,整合各方资源,打造传媒核心竞争力。
