分别在空气气氛中和在乙苯脱氢反应中测试了11号、无铬210、无铬XH—02等工业催化剂及其去钾样品的电导。所有样品的电导随着温度上升而上升。在空气气氛中脱氢催化剂的电导比相应去钾样品的电导大。但在乙苯脱氢反应气氛中,两类样品的电导行为相反。对比了两类样品对乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯的性能。脱氢催化剂在水蒸汽存在下,间歇注入氯苯时,其电导脉冲式地上升;注入硫化氢气体时,电导脉冲式地下降。去钾样品无相似规律性。文中讨论了上述实验条件下各样品所产生的种种电导行为的原因。
The conductances of industrial catalysts such as No. 11, chromium-free 210, chromium-free XH-02 and their de-potassium samples were tested in air atmosphere and in the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene. The conductance of all samples increases with increasing temperature. The conductance of the dehydrogenation catalyst in the air atmosphere is greater than that of the corresponding de-K sample. However, in the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction, the conductance of the two samples is opposite. The performance of two types of samples for the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene was compared. When the dehydrogenation catalyst is injected intermittently with chlorobenzene in the presence of water vapor, its conductance increases in a pulsating manner; when the hydrogen sulfide gas is injected, the conductance decreases in a pulsating manner. No similar pattern to the potassium sample. In this paper, the reasons for the various conductance behaviors of the samples under the above experimental conditions are discussed.
