介绍了利用三菱FX2N系列PLC对日本BF-13A型落地镗铣床的电气改造,阐述了系统改造方案,同时根据日本BF-13A型落地镗床的控制要求和特点,确定PLC的输入输出分配。在继电器控制线路的基础上,设计出梯形图并进行现场调试。
The electrical transformation of BF-13A floor-type boring and milling machine in Japan by Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC is introduced. The system transformation scheme is expounded. At the same time, the input and output allocation of PLC is determined according to the control requirements and characteristics of BF-13A floor-type boring machine in Japan. Based on the relay control circuit, the ladder diagram is designed and debugged on site.
