日本东京医科大学外科应用激光血卟啉疗法(PDA)与外科手术联合治疗肺癌。采用美国TJ Doupherty教授处之血卟啉(HpD),日本制之400μm石英光纤,美国制之171-80氩离子激光和375-01染料激光机及日本制之sigma 800激光机,通过日本制之alTR纤维光导支气管镜进行激光血卟啉治疗。共治疗15例肺癌患者,年龄51~71岁。病期属Ⅰ期者5例,Ⅱ期2例,Ⅲ期7例,Ⅳ期1例。组织分型,鳞癌11例,腺癌2例,大细胞未分化癌2例。癌侵犯范围波及气管者2例,主支气管3例,叶支气管8例,多发性肺癌2例。治疗方法为静脉注射血卟啉,剂量为2.5~3.0mg/kg体重,注射后48~72小时作
The Department of Surgery, Tokyo Medical University, Japan, used laser porphyrin therapy (PDA) combined with surgery to treat lung cancer. Utilizing Proteoporphyrin (HpD) from Prof. TJ Doupherty, U.S.A. 400μm quartz fiber made in Japan, U.S. made 171-80 argon ion laser and U.S. 375-01 dye laser machine, and Japanese sigma 800 laser machine, made in Japan. alTR fiber photobronchoscope laser laser porphyrin treatment. A total of 15 patients with lung cancer were treated, aged 51 to 71 years old. There were 5 cases with stage I in stage I, 2 cases in stage II, 7 cases in stage III, and 1 case in stage IV. There were 11 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 2 cases of adenocarcinoma, and 2 cases of large cell undifferentiated carcinoma. There were 2 cases of cancer invasion, 2 cases of main bronchus, 8 cases of leaf bronchus, and 2 cases of multiple lung cancer. The treatment is intravenous hematoporphyrin, the dose of 2.5 ~ 3.0mg/kg body weight, 48 ~ 72 hours after injection
