中耳胚胎型横纹肌肉瘤较少见,现将我院误诊为骨病型中耳炎一例报道如下: 患者男,4岁,住院号29235。 父诉患儿右耳持续流脓血性液个半月,耳后溃烂伴右眼不能闭合,口角歪斜20天,经自用消炎药及中草药膏外敷无效,病情加重,于1986年5月8日入院。 入院体查:消瘦,胸、腹、四肢均未见异常。 肿瘤情况:颈及全身浅淋巴结无肿大;右眼睑不
