Objective: To investigate the expression and difference of transcription factors Sp1 and stat-3 in gastric normal tissue, dysplasia tissues and gastric carcinoma and to explore the relationship between the two transcription factors and the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer, Relevance. Methods: The expressions of Sp1 and Stat-3 in 39 cases of gastric cancer, atypical hyperplasia and normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between the two factors and the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer was explored. Results: The positive expression rate of Sp1 in normal gastric mucosa was 23.08% (9/39), the expression rate of Sp1 was 38.46% (15/39) in atypical hyperplasia tissues and 71.79% in carcinoma tissues 28/39). The positive expression rate of stat-3 in normal mucosa was 17.95% (7/39), the positive expression rate in atypical hyperplasia was 35.90% (14/39), and the positive expression rate in cancerous tissue was 66.67 % (26/39). The positive expression of Sp1 in gastric cancer was closely related to the lymph node metastasis and the penetration of serosa (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between different age, sex, location, The positive stat-3 in gastric cancer tissues was closely related to the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis, gross type and penetrating plasma membrane, and there was no significant difference between different age, gender and location (P> 0.05). The expression of transcription factor Sp1 And stat-3 expression was positively correlated (rs = 0.403, P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Sp1 and stat-3 in different tissues are different, and the two factors are closely related to different pathological parameters. Joint monitoring of these two factors is of guiding significance for the early prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
