分析了萨北地区的套损机理、防护管理、修复利用。提出了套管防护管理配套的技术(油田开发及射孔方案编制,钻井工程,生产管理,修井利用)。建立了厂、矿、队三级套管防护组织,依靠管理配套技术,探讨了套管防护的新领域,使萨北开发区套损速度相对稳定在1%以内,取得了较好的效果。
Analyzes the casing damage mechanism, protection and management, restoration and utilization of the Saibei area. Proposed casing protection management supporting technology (oilfield development and perforating program preparation, drilling engineering, production management, workover use). The three-level casing protection organization of factory, mine and team was established. By relying on the management of supporting technology, the new field of casing protection was explored. The casing damage rate in the North Jiangsu Development Zone was relatively stable within 1% and good results were achieved.
