随着我矿开采不断往深部延伸,深部施工和设备用水的减压问题日益突出。为此,我矿在井下-455m中段设立了一个深部用水减压水池,让从上部中段供给的生产用水进入水池实现减压,再由该水池供给以下中段。利用新的供水系统,避免了近3MPa的压力累积,使-455m中段以下深部区域的生产用水压力在3MPa以下(最深开采地段为-750m);考虑管路的沿程损失和局部损失,深部区域供水管路采用低压管件即可满足要求,减少了生产费用和安全隐患。实际使用两年多时间以来,效果良好。
