内源性肿瘤血管内皮生成抑素(Tumstatin)是近年发现的一种来源于基底膜Ⅳ型胶原α3,能特异性作用于肿瘤血管内皮细胞,抑制其蛋白质合成,而且不影响正常的血管内皮细胞。基于上述生物作用特点,该基因在肿瘤抗血管生成的分子靶向治疗研究中备受关注,并具有极大的应用前景。
Endogenous Tumstatin is a type of collagen type Ⅳ derived from basement membrane. It can specifically act on tumor vascular endothelial cells, inhibit its protein synthesis, and does not affect the normal vascular endothelial cells . Based on the biological characteristics of the above, the gene has drawn much attention in the molecular targeted therapy of anti-angiogenesis and has great application prospect.
