大学生作为村官工作的参与主体,有着各种各样的报考动机。因此,在对江苏省大学生村官的工作现状进行分析的基础上,通过对村官的报考动机进行分类,以360理论和KPI理论为基础,为各类动机主体研究构建了具有针对性的激励机制与绩效考核方案,以期能调动江苏省大学生村官的工作热情,促进村官事业和农村事业的发展。
Students as village officials involved in the main body, with a variety of motivation to apply. Therefore, based on the analysis of the current situation of university student village officials in Jiangsu Province, this paper classifies the motivations of the village officials based on 360 theory and KPI theory, and constructs targeted incentives for all kinds of motivational research Mechanism and performance appraisal program, with a view to be able to mobilize the enthusiasm of university students village officials in Jiangsu Province, and promote the development of village officials and rural undertakings.
