胃宁由甘草、白芍、元胡、三七、白芨、茯苓与海螵蛸等中药组成。本文通过药理实验证明该药对大鼠急性胃炎和幽门结扎性、利血平和醋酸性胃溃疡有明显防治作用。笔者还通过动物实验,推测该药防治实验性胃溃疡的作用与其能抑制胃液分泌量,降低胃酸度有关。此外,该药尚有镇痛作用,急性、亚急性毒性实验表明,该药毒性较小,值得在临床上推广使用。
