中国税务学会国际税收研究会1991年年会,于1991年11月12日至16日,在江苏省南通市召开。出席这次会议的有国际税收研究会全体会员,有国家税务局、中国税务学会和部分省、市税务局以及有关财经院校、科研单位的代表,共66人。会议的议题有三:一是审议总干事刘志城所作的工作报告;二是讨论修改研究会的章程,并进行换届选举;三是总结交流91年课题调研成果,并布置92年调研任务。会议由刘志城同志主持。会议开得紧张、热烈、圆满完成了上述议题。
China Taxation Institute International Taxation Research Association 1991 annual meeting, November 12, 1991 to 16, held in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. All the members of the International Taxation Research Association attended the conference, including 66 representatives from the State Administration of Taxation, the China Taxation Institute and some provincial and municipal taxation bureaus as well as relevant financial institutions and research institutes. There are three topics for the meeting: one is to review the work report made by the Director General, Liu Chih-cheng; the other is to discuss and amend the statute of the research association and conduct general election; and the third is to summarize and exchange the findings of 91-year research project and lay the 92-year research mission. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Liu Chi-cheng. The meeting was tense, warm, successfully completed the above issues.
