为改善省会生态环境、提高大气质量、推动农业结构调整、发展现代果品业、促进农民增收,2013年石家庄市委、市政府确定在主城区与组团县(市)区道路、河渠两侧、村镇周边、可利用的滩涂地等区域,实施环省会经济林建设。工程计划2013-2014年两年完成经济林栽植面积30.4万亩,涉及正定、栾城、藁城、鹿泉、灵寿、桥西、长安、裕华、新华、高新、正定新区等11个县、区。
