现在介绍几种装夹铣刀用的夹头。第一种如图1所示,铣刀尾柄夹在筒夹3中。拧紧螺帽2,通过套筒4就可把筒夹3夹紧。1是夹头体,尾部装在机床主轴的锥孔中。铣刀用顶尖5定心。筒夹3的两个凸台插入夹头体1的孔中,防止它在套筒中转动。第二种如图2所示,铣刀尾柄夹持在筒夹1中,筒夹的外表面是个双向的圆锥面,这个筒夹用螺帽2夹紧。第三种如图3所示。用这种夹头,装卸铣刀很方便。铣刀用夹头体5的凸缘4定心,并用心3轴的螺纹部分把铣刀拉紧。铣刀的端面靠在夹头体的端面上。在弹簧6的作用下,楔条1拉紧铣刀。卸刀时,用螺钉2压紧楔子就可放松铣刀。

The cutter 4 is centered on the flange 4 of the collet body 5, and the thread is tightened to make the milling cutter taut. The end face of the cutter rests on the end face of the chuck body. Under the action of the spring 6, the wedge 1 tightens the milling cutter. When unloading the knife, use the screw 2 to compress the wedge to relax the cutter.
