本文阐述了一种在二重复合变形路径下计算板材冲压成形极限的理论方法,并在初始变形为单向拉伸的二重复合变形路径下这种方法进行了实验验证。实验表明:由计算得到的FLD基本上与实验值吻合。使用本文的计算方法并借助于互等值曲线,不仅可以定量地分析不同的初始变形路径对于板材后继变形的影响,而且还可以定量地解释二重复合变形路径引起的FLD的变化。这些从宏观变形几何方面做出的理论分析和解释,与目前的一些从板材的加工硬化和微观组织结构方法所做出的定性的研究一致。
In this paper, a theoretical method for calculating the forming limit of sheet metal under the double compound deformation path is described. The method is verified by the double deformation path with initial deformation to uniaxial tension. Experiments show that the calculated FLD basically agrees with the experimental data. Using the calculation method in this paper and by using the reciprocal curves, not only the influence of different initial deformation paths on the subsequent plate deformation can be quantitatively analyzed, but also the FLD changes caused by the double compound deformation paths can be quantitatively explained. These theoretical analyzes and interpretations of the macroscopic deformation geometry are consistent with the current qualitative studies of work-hardening and microstructural methods of sheet metal.
