观察异丙酚对猕猴失血性休克并复苏血浆内皮素 (ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的影响。 12只失血性休克并复苏模型的猕猴随机分为异丙酚组和对照组 ,对照组不用异丙酚 ;异丙酚组在放血前用计算机靶控技术使猴血浆异丙酚浓度达到 8mg/L并维持此水平。分别于放血前、失血性休克 2h和复苏 2h时抽取血标本 ,用放免法测定血浆ET和CGRP含量。结果显示 ,异丙酚组在失血性休克 2h和复苏 2h时CGRP水平和CGRP/ET比值较对照组明显升高 ,且复苏 2h时异丙酚组ET水平较对照组低。提示在失血性休克并复苏的猕猴 ,异丙酚能增加机体血浆CGRP含量 ,降低血浆ET含量
To observe the effect of propofol on the hematopoietic endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in macaque hemorrhagic shock. 12 hemorrhagic shock and recovery models of rhesus monkeys were randomly divided into propofol group and control group, the control group without propofol; propofol group before the bloodletting with computer-controlled technology to make monkey plasma propofol concentration reached 8mg / L and maintain this level.
